Return Process

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a successful inspection and refund process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
